Schlierbach, April 2010. Since the start of the year, MEVACO has been producing and supplying both perforated sheeting and expanded metal. In the new 2010 catalogue, our customers will now also be able to find extensive information on the customised expanded metal produced at our Schlierbach production facility.
New catalogue + new offer = your desired product:
The 2010 MEVACO catalogue has been fully revised, is user friendly, provides extensive information and to top it off the 416 page catalogue has the usual appealing design. In addition to the revised, detailed information on perforated sheeting, functional and design ideas, crimped meshes, welded meshes, accessories as well as technology and tips, we are now also offering customised expanded metal from our own production facility.
Different materials, meshes, dimensions and pre-cut parts will help you create your desired MEVACO product. Six features of the expanded metal can be combined according to individual requirements, which MEVACO then customises for you. The features are the order quantity – already from 1 item -, material, material thickness, mesh, mat dimensions and individual pre-cut parts.
Any dimensions between 300 x 300 mm and 1500 x 3000 mm can be specified for the expanded metal. The customer can select from approx. 110 different raw material items and numerous expansion options made from in-house tools. You will definitely be able to find the right material in a thickness between 0.7 mm and 3.0 mm in our comprehensive in-house raw material range. Finally, the selection from a variety of meshes and different pre-cut parts enables you to realise your desired product.
Numerous advantages in terms of the production and service:
MEVACO’s strengths lie, above all, in small and medium order quantities, which are available at fair prices, and in the almost unlimited variety of its products. Minimum order values and quantities are not part of the program at MEVACO. Orders are already accepted from a quantity of 1 item.
Metal workers can immediately start with the further processing in the case of customised expanded metal. This saves time. The order processing is quickly realised and results, on balance, in more turnover. MEVACO requires only 4 days for the production, packaging and dispatch of customised expanded metal. Spontaneous orders can thus be accepted or last minute orders can also be coped with. MEVACO does not only promise customised production with all the service advantages that our customers value but also realises this.
