1. Which personal data is collected and how is it processed?
a. Processed anonymous data
During your visit to our Internet pages, you can move freely and anonymously through our generally accessible pages. Your visit to our Internet pages is only saved as an anonymous visit for statistical purposes, for the optimisation of our Internet presence and for the purpose of system security. It contains no personal data. The data collected, in this connection, is the domain name or the IP address of your Internet provider, the operating system of your PC and your browser type. The Internet pages from which you are visiting us, as well as the Internet pages you view on our website, the access date as well as the length of the visit are also automatically saved. We use session cookies for the shopping basket function of our shop, in order to make the use of our online shop more attractive for you, to enable certain functions and to be able to clearly assign jobs/orders to you as our customers. In addition, we do not track your search path.
b. Processed personal data
Within the framework of the order or query procedures, you are requested to enter your personal data. This is the only personal data that we process.
2. For what purposes is personal data collected?
We collect and save your personal data only where this is required for the processing and handling of your order or where you have given us your consent for this purpose, e.g. for the creation of a customer account or where you have decided to register for our newsletter.
The collected personal data is used as a checkback for proof of identification and for the handling of queries and orders. For the handling of queries, your data is saved in our interested parties log, however, it is not used for any purpose beyond the processing of queries. As a customer, you will receive a limited amount of advertising mail.

Personal data is saved during the sending of the order or query. Up until this point, we save no data. You can view our items completely anonymously.

Our employees have access to your data, when they are processing and handling your business affairs. They have been made aware that personal data may only be processed or used for the associated objective of fulfilment of the respective legitimate task and that these obligations remain after the action has been completed. Furthermore, our employees have received detailed instruction on the data protection laws. They are also committed to data secrecy and confidentiality and have been made aware of the legal consequences in the case of violations.
With the exception of the involved mail-order firms and payment companies, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties.
Our Internet partner, the company Webdata Internet Consulting GmbH also has access to the saved data in order to solve any possible errors and technical problems that may occur. The employees of this partner have been, similar to ours, instructed in detail on the data protection laws. They are also committed to data secrecy and confidentiality and have been made aware of the legal consequences in the case of violations.
5. Which rights is the user entitled to with regard to personal data?
We expressly refer you to the rights you are entitled to according to the German privacy law (BDSG), in particular to:

In accordance with § 34 BDSG (German privacy law), you have the right to access the data we have saved on you free of charge.
b. Amendment, deletion, blocking
In accordance with § 35 BDSG (German privacy law), you have the right to delete/block inadmissible data or to amend incorrect data. Data which is used for invoicing and accounting purposes is, however, not affected by this requirement.
c. Objection rights

We declare that we take all necessary technical and organisational measures, in order to guarantee an appropriate protection of your personal data (§9 BDSG (German privacy law)).
